Each has their own landscape, tech tree and rewards. With the colony starter kit, you can expand your empire into the New World, Tropics and the Far East. Once your colony is self-sustaining, and you’ve worked your way through the tech tree, you can get the Glider which lets you fly and explore beyond the reaches of your humble home.
This is a great game mixing all the building and mining fun you’d get out of Minecraft, but adds in the challenge of managing the development and growth of your colonists, while protecting them from the nightly swarms of zombies that want to kill them. Start out with a fledgling colony, but beware the nighttime, when the Zombies come out to play. List Of All Blocks That are impassable but can be jumped on by Zombies, colonists. There is currently only one type of monster in Colony Survival, the Zombie but it comes in up to 9 varieties. Colonists need 2000 calories worth of food each day to remain alive and happy, while porviding 3000 a day will increase their happiness further. They all have the same HP of 100% and move at the same speed (as of version 0.7.2).Colonists aquire food and luxury items from nearby grocers throughout the day and sleep in their beds when the sun sets and Unemployed Colonists are automatically assigned to jobs when available. Colonists will only work during the day and will go to sleep in the nearest bed at night. A day lasts for 7 minutes and 30 seconds, and a night lasts for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Time is exactly 120 times faster in Colony Survival than in real life, resulting in a 12 minute day/night cycle. If they reach the flag every hit has a chance to randomly kill a colonist. They attack the player, the player’s colonists and the flag. Monsters will spawn every night a certain distance from your flag beginning at 30 blocks, increase when certain research are achieved. You hire colonists with food to automatically do various jobs, such as crafting, farming, tree growing, cutting, baking, base defense, research and more. The core of the game is that you place a flag to establish a zone of control. Share ownership of a single colony with multiple friends, or build your own colonies and trade items and science. Co-op: play with friends without problems Easily launch a co-op server from the main menu, and invite friends to join your world. Start a colony in far-off lands to get access to new jobs, crops and resources. Take to the sky and explore a world with multiple continents and biomes. Explore and settle a large, diverse world Large, advanced colonies are able to unlock the glider and Colony Starter Kits, allowing them to settle new lands. Use more advanced metals to unlock crossbows and matchlock guns for your guards! Add wheat farmers, bakers, flax farmers, tailors and many other jobs to your colony. Producing them will require new fuels like charcoal and cokes.
